Trip: Amazing is all I can say, would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to see places in Europe but unsure if where to go

Service: From the start to the finish our tour director Brad was nothing but informative, helpful and always going the extra mile to do things for our whole group.

Trip: The itinerary was almost perfect, a couple of places felt very rushed and if a couple of extra days were added in I would have scored it 5 stars

Service: The whole experience was first rate and I wouldn’t hesitate to do another tour with them. It was a seamless process from the start to the finish.

Trip: Every day was a new adventure - that was well coordinated and always interesting and amazing. I like the fact that they use "local people" to do some of the tours - their knowledge of their area is fantastic and very entertaining. We appreciated the amount of countries we visited and loved. I was in our local Post Office today and was asked "would you do a trip like that again" and my reply was "In a heartbeat - it was fantastic" Thank you Insight!!

Service: We did the Romantic European tour with Brad - which was amazing. Brad was the ultimate of tour guides - nothing was too much trouble for him. Each day he would let us know what we were up to and make sure we knew when our bags were to be outside our door and the start time for breakfast. He was always very polite and ready to assist anyone (even the whingers) with any questions they had. Brad is a credit to the Insight team - we would love to do another Insight tour with Brad in the future.

Trip: It was the right amount of activity for us 60 year olds. The walking was so great to wear off all the fabulous dinners and breakfasts we consumed. If there is a next time, we will do a tour that keeps us in one place at least 2 nights.

Service: We didn’t have to fret about anything ever. We just had to use our feet to take us where our wonderful travel guide Andrew took us, whether it was to the Hotel Lobby where he fetched our keys,or to an excursion that knocked our socks off or to the entrance of a Truck stop on a bus day where he directed us to the washroom or to the coffee or food line.?

Trip: It was a great overview-seeing highlights, but teasing us with things we could go back to see!

Service: This was an excellent way to see a variety of places in a short time. We can now decide where we want to go back to explore. The trip was seamless. Andrew Did a beautiful job of managing all of us, uniting all of us and finding great adventures for us. Kudos to him!

Trip: Very full itenery. Sometimes when we arrived at a new hotel we only had an hour until we had to be out again. Having said that it is also great to be able to see as much as you can. Was disappointed that we only had one night in Budapest.

Service: Very smooth booking and issuing of documents. Great tour guide.

    SERVICE:

Trip: a full on trip. Only draw back was one tour member who was physically disable and held the main group in the tour back. The tour guides did their best, but should not have been asked to look after the person.

Service: well organised and handled. Bus driver was excellent, as were the two tour guides in Lochie Fuller and Laurent. A very full on trip but saw so much. Thanks

    TRIP:
    SERVICE:

Trip: The places we visited were great but it all seemed so rushed.

Service: I enjoyed most of the places that we visited. However I felt rushed. I didn't expect to be on a bus for 6-7 hours at a time between cities. I wish that would have been made more clear to us when deciding whether to book the vacation. A lot of the time we would get to the destinations later than expected and though I know you can not predict the traffic etc, it was frustrating that we didn't have time to freshen up before the evening events. Several times we had to take our suitcases to our rooms ourselves if we wanted to change clothes before dinner. We prepaid for porters to do this. At times the second tour guide we had walked way too fast making it difficult to see things. You couldn't look around at the sites on the street because you were trying to pay attention to which way he was going as he'd be a block or more ahead of some of us. The first tour guide we had was more considerate and seemed genuinely concerned about the whole group, that we were seeing the sights and keeping together. I'm not sure if we'll take another vacation like this. I still feel like I'm trying to "recover" from my vacation.

    TRIP:
    SERVICE:

Trip: Very busy itinerary due to the fact they want us to see most of the prominent interesting points in every site.

Service: Excellent it adds to my enjoyment the guides knowledge of history, architecture. So we do not see a silent stone or statue but talking stone full of adventures and meaning. These kind of trips are more enjoyable by the serious passengers because we end up sleeping late at night and waking up early in the morning so very long trips might be physically exhausting. I recommmend young and middle age people to have these trips sooner than later should not be delayed for retirement.

    TRIP:
    SERVICE:

Trip: Some of things did not deliver to expectations eg Dinner with a local, you would expect the 'local' to have a local accent and NOT an American accent, as this detracted from the promised authenticy. Visiting Florance and NOT including, as an option, to visit the museum that houses the statue of David is a miss. Takining us to a budget cabert show in Paris instead of Moulin Rouge, is also a gap - the tour is Insights NOT a budget tour!

Service: Feedback refers to my expirience with the driver & tour director. For this Tour, the bus driver drove well, but his interaction with the passengers was NOT as good as what the relief driver provided. Additionally it seemed that there was strained relationship between tour director & driver as no requests to go above and beyond were granted eg in Florence passengers requested to drive to the vantage point where all tour busses go to view Florance - but all that the driver said was impossible - seriously it was Not out of the way!. The difference between a good tour & a great tour is the liitle extras that the tour director provides eg adjust timings so that at the Paris illuminations tour we actually expirienced the twinkling lights at 10pm and not start the tour too early
