Trip: Itinerary, very good, no complaints except for lack of free/down time to explore

Service: My vacation was a dynamic experience. The tour guide was very good and knowledgeable. The only concerns I had were our accommodations that were very isolated from the center of town, with poor shuttle services. Also, the lack of free time to explore on our own

Trip: Great trip. Loved all of the waterfalls.

  • 12 January, 2019

Trip: Visited great exhibits and the blue lagoon.

Service: Great customer service! The guide was knowledgeable and well spoken. He had great stories to share and always appropriate commentary.

  • 12 January, 2019

Trip: There were other opprtunities in the area of the Iceland tour such as Snaefellness that could have been included. The inclusions themselves were very good. Wonderful scenery- waterfalls, volcanoes and a geologically developing land. We were provided with maximim opportunity to see the Northern Lights too. Despite the weather more time in the Rift valley would have been better. As we were on a New Years Eve tour an opportunity for a significant NYE function was missed as we had left Reykjavik.

Service: Most things were well done. Better accommodation in Reykjavik should be a priority. The guide and driver were very helpfull and accommodating. The coach was a tad cramped. We would recommend Insight again.

  • 12 January, 2019

Trip: Due to poor weather, a trip was cancelled and went to a museum.

Service: Our tour guide, Rob was excellent. One hotel was only average, rest were fine. Weather was poor- rained all the time, no fault of the tour!
