Trip: I am Happy with the Bus, Tour, Hotel Rooms, the food, the inclusions and the tour guide all my complaints are targetted at management and the lack of direction on these matters.
Service: 1. I have toured by bus with a number of Tour Companies and have caught bad colds on the last 4 from other passengers starting the tour with serious colds including your 2 tours. The busses are sick and no health and safety was carried out until I complained and then no supervision was carried out. 2. I am retired but I spent the last 10 years doing adult education, I was blasted out of the water by some of the local experts imparting all the facts they thought we needed and some were more intent on giving over iformation rather than showing us what we had come to see. 3. My wife and I toured the South then the North of spain, when we came back to Barcelona we were not able to go to visit the Goudi's Sagrada Familia as we had visited it when touring the south, we have paid for 2 seperate tours why was it not included.

Trip: The cities visited were worth the visit and enjoyable tour. Helpful to have detail in advance of the itinerary times and direction of local tours to aid decision-making of whether to join the local tour or free time. The religious history of Spain from local guides became repetitive as each place included a visit to their main cathedral.
Service: Customer service was quite good. Coach drivers were helpful and obliging, did a great job of keeping coach clean and water supply plentiful and cold.
03 August, 2018
Trip: Would like less history as it was pretty much the same story at each place we visited repeated again and again. More focus on the people, culture, way of life now as more of a balance to some history.
Service: Very warm and friendly. Had the a ability to get along well with everyone. Easy going manner was just perfect for holiday mode. Would like to mention our bus drivers as well they become part of our tour and could not have been nicer or more friendly.
01 August, 2018
Trip: In depth explanations of historical sites
Service: Excellent tour director, hotels, meals, and experiences.
18 July, 2018
Trip: Would like to have more free time in cities when you say 1/2 day it's not really - Sunday in Spain with a full day - doesn't work if that is the only day you have for shopping as Spain shops are closed
Service: Customer service was very good, our director Lola was very carring, helpful and sorted any problems that arose. Driver was very polite and personable and excellent in driving. Note:- some of the hotels rooms very small and basic - some where not close to the centre of city. What would be helpful is tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms not all had these.
17 July, 2018
Trip: excellent tour guide with Lola
09 July, 2018
Trip: Too many long days on the road on motorways. Dreadful lunches on motorway stops. Very little shoping time given.
Service: Very organised. Help was given when needed.
22 June, 2018
Trip: The itinerary was comprehensive in that every significant cultural and historical aspect of the country was covered.
Service: Excellent on-tour direction from a knowledgeable, professional, and yet profoundly personal guide. She made sure each traveler’s needs were given the consideration they would receive in a family.
21 June, 2018
Trip: I would have preferred more time in a few of the locations
Service: My questions were answered promptly and to my satisfaction
16 June, 2018
Trip: Excellent enjoyed all of the sights people and food. Guide Bob was very very good
Service: Enjoyed Barcelona, Granada, Valencia our Guide Bob was terrific he gave us a lot of information and the other guides is the cities we visited were also excellent. The bus was comfortable plenty of leg room. The driver Salvadore was also very very good.
10 June, 2018
Trip: The itinerary was good but rushed in Valencia and Grenada, could have used another day between those two cities. The hotel misplaced my suitcase in Granada and this valuable time was taken up waiting to find it.
Service: the tour director was friendly and knowledgeable. Our drivers did a great job the only thing that was truly annoying was the driver was sick and that spread throughout the coach, it would have been nice to have a healthy driver so that we all stayed well
03 June, 2018
Trip: Overall a good trip, however the hotel in Barcelona was not in a very good location. Very noisy and not convenient to museums and shopping districts.
Service: We really idn’t interact with Insigyts customer service.
