Trip: Well put together good taste of the countries
Service: 3rd trip with Insight great as usual! Introduced family members to your tour they had a blast. Couple of things- first and foremost Richard was excellent as was Bettyand David on our other trips hard workers and very customer focused trying to pls everyone is a tough job but they always manage to pull it off. -having a locked bathroom door on the bus is ridiculous to have go and ask the driver is a distraction to the driver and embarrassing for your customer everyone knows they are for emergencies unfortunately we are not all young anymore -finally I was not told we were joining another tour group until two days prior to departure. I realize this is new to insight but I would not do that again as it might be beneficial to insight it took a couple of days and effort to meet people and here is why the the first group you could tell theyhad form that bond that groups do from the initial supper .The original group new each other well which was to be expected but the second group had to play catch up we wore our name but they did not which made it a little harder . New comers to insight might not have felt it but I did not have the same comradery as in the past. As I stated insight has given me some of my best vacation experiences but I will not go on another blended tour and it will be the first question I ask when booking. Thankyou for this opportunity and would interested in any comments you may have regarding my survey

Trip: Very busy. Early mornings. The options should have been part of the tour as they made the tour very expensive.

Trip: We traveled from Rome to Amsterdam and visited numerous places of significance. It was a great balance of meeting new people, discovering new places and enjoying local experiences all under the support of a knowledgeable tour guide.
Service: Our experience was very positive. It was our first overseas tour and had a ball. We can’t speak highly enough of our guide Brad Allemand. His personal attentiveness and historical insight to the country, places of interest and people was outstanding. This truly added to our experience and understanding of cultural norms.
