Trip: Happy with the places visited.

Service: Generally, OK. Dinner included was not impressive. The dinner after the Opera in Vienna was a let down. At the conclusion of the BOHEMIA land tour, we were supposed to join the River Tour from Vienna to Nuremberg. Called IN-WORLD tour for the River tour with regards to joining the River Ambassador about transfer to BOAT from Hilton, was informed that we had to make our own arrangement. There was actually a transfer which came to pick us and we missed it as we made arrangement for our own transfer. 1. There was no communication between 'call center' with this regards. 2. Tour manager categorically stated that we had to make our own transfer arrangement, she will make transfer arrangement for airport. She did not extend service to help (total 6 pax from BOHEMIA Tour to RIVER AMBASSADOR).
