Trip: Amazing trip! Enough time to spend on each location, and driving hrs was not too long
Service: The trip itself was very good! However, in terms of reaching out to their customer service team, it was a challenge. They offen would direct us to their local partner who does not know a lot of information on their trips. They need to assign customer service reps direct from their end.

Trip: Great itinerary though it could be done a little differently with no Vienna but starting in Prague and ending in Budapest with extra time to enjoy these cities and less driving by motorcoach.
Service: Customer Service is very good. Itinerary is very good even though a little rough for seniors.

Trip: Would have like to spend a day in Slovakia or at least toured that Castle we passed. Seems a pity just to have it pointed out as we drove by. Other than that, it was a good itinerary
Service: great itinerary, flexible arrangements and proactive service by Tour Director Matt Woodworth.

Trip: Overall, the itinerary was very good. The late return to the hotel (nearly 11:00 PM) the night before our early morning departure to the airport (3:45 AM) was unexpected and challenging.
Service: We worked through a travel agent at AAA. She resolved issues/questions with Insight.
