Trip: The itinerary fulfilled my expectations. Morocco was a true adventure.
Service: Did not directly deal with customer service. My travel agency( Valarie Wilson) made all the arrangements. However I thoroughly enjoyed the journey. Your tour director Daniel Ferguson was absolutely amazing. His ability to tell a story made the windshield time in the bus fly by. I at times felt that I was listening to a lecture on the subject matter.

Trip: I enjoyed the diversity of the countries. Hotel in Marrakesh was Poor otherwise all good
Service: Good Guides, Great Coaches and easy access to places of interest
24 April, 2018
Trip: Probably could have a extra day in Portugal and a day less in Morocco. Would have been better to go from Casablanca to Spain in a day and not stopped at Tangiers the night.
Service: Everything about the trip was as good as it could have been, Jorge our tour leader went beyond what one would expect, he was sensational and new his stuff backwards. The group bonded right from the start and some firm friendships have been made and continual contact will be maintained. Overall a wonderful experience and would only travel with Insight when contemplating another excursion.
23 April, 2018
Trip: We saw a good cross section of the areas we visited. Most of the areas were in large cities. I missed that we did not see much in smaller towns and/or villages. I was disappointed that nearly all of our bus travel was on large high speed highways. I would have liked to travel on some smaller back roads to see the rural areas.
Service: They have done this long enough that they know what problems are likely to arise. They act to prevent the problem rather than reacting after the problem has occurred.
