Trip: WE went everywhere that I wanted to go in the SW.
Service: The choice of locations was what I was looking for. Some of the unexpected stops were great (Pine Creek, the Mormon town museum, overlooks, picnic and pie). The trip was tarnished by the Aria Hotel & Resorts accusing me of taking chocolate almonds for $20.00, which I did not do. We were cautioned by Carol K. not to touch anything, which I did not do. I think it is a cheap trick to get more money. To make matters worse, it showed up on my travel companion, Lynn Newell's credit card. Can you fix it? or use another hotel?

Trip: As mentioned due to the lack of communication regarding the total lack of communication regarding the meet and greet at the airport on day one and the airport transfer to the hotel.
Service: The trip overall was excellent but my rating failed to match 5 stars due to the total lack of communication regarding the meet and greet on the first day at the airport and the airport to hotel transfer.

Trip: I was so impressed with the sights that we saw and coupled with Lynn's knowledge this trip was a winner!
Service: Our tour guide, Lynn Hedricks, was fabulous, informative, knowledgable, friendly...just darn great!!! We took a trip with her in May and were so impressed with her that we scheduled this tour. We were delighted that Lynn, was again our tour director. The bus driver, Jazz, added to the greatness with his knowledge of bus driving, always keeping us safe, very friendly and pleasant personality, and pride of "drivership". Jazz was always cleaning and keeping the coach as neat and tidy as possible.

Trip: Excellent itinerary with some of the most scenic National Parks in this country. Some of the very best the west has to offer.
Service: It was obvious from the start that the customer is always their number one concern.

Trip: We went to some very spectacular places that I would not have been able to travel to myself. The pace was fast but still gave us enough time to rest and get to know each other.
Service: I've already done a detailed survey. Basically the tour director is excellent -- everything runs smoothly and services is great. It's not an understatement to say that the tour director made this trip memorable -- she came across as a warm and sincere person who really cared about the customers, the land and the people we visited. Some tour operators simply repeat some prepared text and only care for the tip.

Trip: The parks we visited on this tour were more than I ever expected. I always thought the Grand Canyon would be the most amazing natural wonder I would ever see, but Bryce and Zion were over the top.
Service: Lynne and Jazz are the best! They are very knowledgable and personable people. They always went out of their way to make sure we were safe, comfortable and having a good time.

Trip: We heard and saw far more than expected. Carol Kendrick gave us information about the area inside and out--lots of rock info., very good. We took the trip because you cover more places than any other tour of 10 days. More than well worth it.
Service: The entire trip was over the top. Tour director Carol Kendrick and driver Joe Esparza were world class. We really had two tours in one with all the extra historical places we got to be part of.

Trip: Excellent itinerary over 1,700 miles of incredible scenery.
Service: Excellent trip through Amazing America. There's no way not to be awed by the grandeur of our state parks. Not sure what you mean by customer service, but I have no complaints about the trip. It was well planned and well executed, and enhanced by our tour director, Carol and driver, Joe.
