Trip: Locations we visited where great but the drive to most were too long. So maybe you could move the National parks closer together. Lol. Seriously though we had a great time! Just very tiring! The biggest con was at Red Cliff Lodge. They have a serious fly problem. We tried to eat in the dining room but our food was covered in flys. I think people should be warned and given a chance to pick up food somewhere else.
Service: Both the Director and Driver where Great in all respects.

Trip: it was what i went to see
Service: it was well organized and the sights were worth seeing

Trip: Very good itinerary, it is always a compromise between seeing as much as possible and spending enough time at each place. My only remark is it would have been good if we could have stopped to view the Horseshoe bend on the Colorado river, as we drove past the car park for it.
Service: We felt we received first class service, if there was an issue (we had luggage damaged at a hotel) our tour director helped deal with it, and we were paid for a new case before the end of the tour. Tour director was very knowledgeable and made it very interesting. Driver was very good, and quite a character. I would definitely use Insight again

Trip: We were just the right amount of time at all the sights. The two-day stays were welcome after being on the bus so much. Loved staying right in the parks. Starting at the Grand Canyon was great. I didn't think it cuold get any better, but then it did. A good balance between scheduled and free time.
Service: Itinerary and information came in a timely manner. Ann Harness, our tour director, and Faisal, the driver, were both top notch. Ann made each of us feel special, even taking pictures of us and emailing them. She timed things perfectly so that we had the best experiences we could every step of the way. Her recommendations for free time were excellent. I particularly appreciated that she booked the float trip early in the morning when it was not so hot. She showed videos before each stop to better prepare us for the experience we were about to have. Those also helped pass the time in the bus. Her appreciation of the area made us appreciate it even more. Couldn't have asked for better.
