Trip: Excellent itinerary...well planned and thought out.
Service: Tour was excellent, well planned and sights were amazing. However, Lake Powell hotel services gets a poor rating....food service and quality of the food was poor. There were ants on the floor of our hotel room, specifically in the bathroom area. Hair dryer did not work and when we plugged in the hair dryer that we brought, it fried it!

Trip: We visited and saw incredible natural wonders of the West!
Service: We had a wonderful trip through the National Parks, 'The Wonders of the American West'! Kristin Jenn, our tour guide and Richard, the bus driver, were a great team! Kristin worked tirelessly to keep the trip interesting, to help meet other travelers on the bus and to thoroughly enjoy our Insight Vacation. Richard was meticulous in the care of the bus and very capable in negotiating the many different driving conditions. Both Kristin and Richard were very personable and a pleasure to be with. They made this a very memorable vacation.
