Trip: The itinerary was great. We visited wonderful places. Could have spent longer at some key locations- eg Eiffel Tower. Great to have 2 nights in most locations.
Service: The tour director and the bus driver were fantastic and could not do enough for us. The information we received prior to departure and during our tour made us at ease in terms of knowing was going to happen when. Having our keys ready on arrival and our bags taken and collected from our rooms was wonderful. The hotels were wonderful except the one in Rome. The included and optional excursions added greatly to our trip. We would definitely travel with Insight again and would recommend them to others.
