Join close friends Maggie and Lyndey for an intimate meet-and-greet and Q&A session. Enjoy a private, deluxe cooking demonstration at Maggie Beer's Pheasant Farm. Better still, you will taste each delicious dish along the way. Maggie will share the history of the farm, Farmshop and her “Exclusive Studio Kitchen” take-home recipes during this one-of-a-kind, intimate meet-and-greet.

Join Lyndey for dinner at Bai Long Store for a fascinating tea, wine and food experience with Jerry Chua, who not only manages the restaurant but is studying under a Taiwanese tea master. This amazing place holds a special place in Lyndey’s heart as it was here she undertook some preliminary tastings for her thesis and original research on “Teas and Wines Explored as a Match for Chinese Cuisine”, for which she was awarded a distinction. Jerry and Lyndey’s combination of expertise makes this experience both unique and unforgettable.

This is a unique opportunity to see two culinary masters and friends in action. Lyndey and Central Markets identity Mark Gleeson will present an exclusive cooking demonstration and a tapas-style tasting session to highlight the region’s seasonal produce.
Enjoy a a market inspired lunch created by Peter Clarke & Lyndey Milan
Peter Clarke has been at the helm of multi-award-winning Vintners Bar & Grill, one of the longest operating restaurants in the Barossa from the beginning. He gives a contemporary twist to both new and traditional ingredients from across the region. In a unique, bespoke experience, Peter and Lyndey will source ingredients with you from the Barossa Farmers Market and then create an early lunch right in front of you. Lyndey has also called on another old friend, winemaker Ian Hongell from the iconic Torbreck Wines to lead an accompanying wine tasting.
Taste Barossa classics at David Franz’ cellar door
A friend of Lyndey’s for decades, David Franz’ Lehmann has inherited his parents’ legendary entertaining skills and passion for the Barossa’s culture, making him the perfect person to explain traditional local smallgoods, which he also creates himself. Explore David’s cellar door and the family-run vineyard as a special guest and enjoy lunch with his local wine.
Meet the Young Chef of the Year at the newly opened Arkhe Restaurant
Toast the end of your foodie journey with Lyndey and your newfound friends at Arkhe – a vibrant neighbourhood bar and restaurant run by Lyndey’s good friend, Jake Kellie. Jake is the former Head Chef of Burnt Ends in Singapore – a celebrated, Michelin-starred modern Australian barbecue restaurant. He has just opened a new ‘flame-powered’ restaurant in Adelaide where almost every dish is touched by fire or smoke.
