The GTR 5% discount is valid on the land portion of the tour and can be used for multiple trips taken within any given year. Discount is not combinable with multiple tour discount, must be applied at the time of booking and is not valid on all trips and/or departures, airfares, surcharges, taxes, extensions, optional experiences, extra night accommodations, is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice. Last Minute Deals:
Save on select departures as featured on insightvacations.com as Last Minute Deals. New bookings only. Must pay in full at time of booking. Savings are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice. Prices displayed are per person, based on double occupancy and are in South African Rand for select departure dates only. Deals are not combinable with group discounts, Future Travel Credit carry forward discounts or any other promotional offers. Other conditions may apply.

General Conditions:
Discounts and savings only apply to the land portion of your holiday and are per person based on twin or double occupancy. They are not applicable to extra nights’ accommodation, optional extensions, airfares, taxes and fees, flight supplements, surcharges and airport transfers. Sometimes more than one discount can apply. Eastern Mediterranean and tours with overnight cruises may have additional restrictions.

Multi-Tour Discount:
Book two tours of seven days or more and save 2.5% on the lower priced tour. Take three tours and save on two. All tours must be booked at the same time and on the same booking number to qualify. Discounts are not combinable with Global Tour Rewards Discounts and do not apply to tours with a duration of 6-days or less, tours that fully operate as cruise and/or train tours (subject to change). Saving only applies to the land portion of the trip, which excludes extra night accommodations, internal air portion of a trip, optional extensions, airfares, taxes and fees, flight supplements, surcharges and Chargeable Airport Transfers.

Kids & Teens Savings:
Must be aged 5-17 at time of travel and accompanied by at least one adult sharing a twin/double room to receive a discount of up to 10% off the land portion of the tour. Kids & Teens must be under the age of 18 years on the date of departure (limit of one Kids & Teens Savings per room except for Americas where two apply). Not combinable with our Group Booking Benefits 9+.

Group Booking 9+:
Group benefits and applicable discounts apply to Scheduled Departure and Exclusive Departure groups only, booked at the same time and on the same booking number and save up to 5%. Group benefits and discounts do not apply to Custom Groups, flight segments, train holidays, cruises, extensions or any pre/post additions.

Group Booking 9+ are not available on all trips and/or departure dates and are not combinable with Limited Time Offers. Please refer to your group’s contract for further details. Other conditions may apply.

Solo Room Share:
Solo guests have the option to pay the twin/double share rate and be matched with someone of the same gender on many of our itineraries. Guests will be accommodated in non-smoking twin/double rooms.
