Booking, Deposit & Change Policies: ^R3,000 per person deposit for Level 1 tours and a R5,000 per person deposit for Level 2 tours is required at time of booking to secure space and savings on a Insight Vacations tour; see full list of trips and levels. If changes to the booking are made prior to the final payment date, no fees are charged; the guest is responsible to pay the difference and adhere to different payment conditions as applicable to the new trip and/or departure date. Should the booking be cancelled before the final payment date, a credit of R3,000 or equivalent currency per person, or the amount of your tour-only deposit whichever is less, will be issued and is valid for up to five years from date of cancellation. This credit cannot be used as a deposit against future booking and can only be used as a credit against final payment. Only one credit per person can be applied to each booking. If a booking is cancelled after final payment, cancellation fees and charges will be incurred per the booking conditions.

PDP is available on new bookings made by 02 September 2025 for travel between 01 January 2026 and 31 December 2026. Deposit due at time of booking to lock in price; full payment is due within seven days of the initial booking to qualify for PDP. The PDP applies to all Insight Vacations worldwide land tours; does not apply to flights, insurance, pre/post-night accommodations or optional experiences, and is not applicable to Group or Last Minute Deals bookings. Prices advertised are per person, land only, based on double occupancy and are subject to availability; may change or be withdrawn at any time without notice. If the tour and departure date is advertised at a lower price on insightvacations.com after full payment has been received, guests are entitled to a refund of the price difference. Requests for price adjustments must be made via Insight Vacations’s Contact Center prior to the trip departure date. The PDP is non-transferable. Insight Vacations reserves the right to verify eligibility and validate the lower price. The PDP may be modified or withdrawn at any time without notice, except for on qualifying bookings already made.
