Receive a $150 per person discount toward your first Insight Vacations trip when you sign up for Insight Vacations emails; valid for each full paying adult who signs up with a unique email address. Valid for new bookings only made from 01 January to December 31 2026 for travel from 01 January 2026 to 31 December 2027. Discount is not combinable with any other discount or offer, including Global Tour Rewards, Multiple Trip discounts, Group discounts or limited-time offers. Offer is not available on Custom Groups. Insight Vacations reserves the right to validate bookings and will remove any additional offers added online that are not combinable. Other conditions may apply. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this offer at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice.

Pre-Departure Cancellation: GSP allows you to cancel your Insight Vacations holiday for any reason without penalty prior to 60 days from the start date of your trip:†

If no Force Majeure Event* has occurred when you cancel, the value of your Insight Vacations Holiday Pre-payment** will be refunded; or
If a Force Majeure Event* has occurred causing you to cancel, the Trafalgar Holiday Pre-payment** will be converted to a Future Travel Credit (FTC) of the same value. The FTC may be redeemed against the cost of a new holiday provided by Insight Vacations or one of our Travel Corporation sister brands, departing at any time within 24 months of your cancellation but is not redeemable for cash. If the new trip or departure is more expensive than the FTC you are responsible for the difference in price; if the new trip or departure is less expensive than the FTC, a new FTC will be issued for the difference.

Airline travel costs and any related cancellation or rebooking costs are not covered by the Gold Seal Protection Plan.

Please note that the Gold Seal Protection plan cost is not refundable for any reason. Travel Agent fees and cancellation costs may apply.

During Your Trip: Should your holiday be interrupted and you leave at any time during the trip due to personal illness or injury; or be required to return to Australia because of the serious injury, illness or death of an immediate family member^:

(a) you will be refunded A$90 per person/ per day for the unused portion of the holiday. Please note that in some cases hotels require a 1-night cancellation fee.

(b) Insight Vacations will pay the additional cost of airline travel for earlier or later return to Australia in the same class of air travel on the first available flight, provided the original return air tickets were booked through Insight Vacations from Australia on Insight Vacations' recommended airline.

A medical certificate is required to qualify for this holiday interruption and return flight security provision.

*Force Majeure Event – means any event or circumstance beyond Insight Vacations' control, including but not limited to: an act of God (such as earthquake, flood, fire, explosion, landslide, lightening, action of the elements, force of nature, washout, typhoon, hurricane, tsunami, storm or storm warning or natural disaster);industrial disputes, work ban or other labour dispute or difficulty; acts of terrorism, political unrest, war or threat of war, riots or civil strife; closure of airports or ports; pandemic, epidemic or health risk; governmental and administrative actions (including closure of borders and travel warning and restrictions).

**Insight Vacations Holiday Pre-payment – means all monies paid to Insight Vacations in respect of land arrangements only – excluding any cancellation fees for the Oberammergau Package Supplement.

^Immediate Family – means a parent, sibling or child.

General Conditions:
Discounts and savings only apply to the land portion of your holiday and are per person based on twin or double occupancy. They are not applicable to extra nights’ accommodation, optional extensions, airfares, taxes and fees, flight supplements, surcharges and airport transfers. Sometimes more than one discount can apply. Eastern Mediterranean and tours with overnight cruises may have additional restrictions.

Multi-Tour Discount:
Book two tours of seven days or more and save 2.5% on the lower priced tour. Take three tours and save on two. All tours must be booked at the same time and on the same booking number to qualify. Discounts are not combinable with Global Tour Rewards Discounts and do not apply to tours with a duration of 6-days or less, tours that fully operate as cruise and/or train tours (subject to change). Saving only applies to the land portion of the trip, which excludes extra night accommodations, internal air portion of a trip, optional extensions, airfares, taxes and fees, flight supplements, surcharges and Chargeable Airport Transfers.

Kids & Teens Savings:
Must be aged 5-17 at time of travel and accompanied by at least one adult sharing a twin/double room to receive a discount of up to 10% off the land portion of the tour. Kids & Teens must be under the age of 18 years on the date of departure (limit of one Kids & Teens Savings per room except for Americas where two apply). Not combinable with our Group Booking Benefits 9+.

Group Booking 9+:
Group benefits and applicable discounts apply to Scheduled Departure and Exclusive Departure groups only, booked at the same time and on the same booking number and save up to 5%. Group benefits and discounts do not apply to Custom Groups, flight segments, train holidays, cruises, extensions or any pre/post additions.

Group Booking 9+ are not available on all trips and/or departure dates and are not combinable with Limited Time Offers. Please refer to your group’s contract for further details. Other conditions may apply.

Solo Room Share:
Solo guests have the option to pay the twin/double share rate and be matched with someone of the same gender on many of our itineraries. Guests will be accommodated in non-smoking twin/double rooms.

^Past guests of Insight Vacations, Trafalgar, Brendan Vacations, Costsaver and Contiki receive a 5% Global Tour Reward (GTR) discount on any new booking with any of the aforementioned brands. The GTR 5% discount is valid on the land portion of the tour and river cruise itineraries, and can be used for multiple trips taken within any given year. Discount is not combinable with multiple trip discount, must be applied at the time of booking and is not valid on all trips and/or departures, airfares, surcharges, taxes, extensions, optional experiences, extra night accommodations, is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice. Prices are per person, based on double occupancy and are subject to change. The 5% GTR discount replaces all previous Past Guest/Frequent Traveler Discounts and is not in addition to. Other conditions may apply.

Terms & Conditions: Minimum monthly repayments are required. Paying only the minimum monthly repayment amount will not pay out the purchase within the interest free period. Any balance outstanding at the expiry of the interest free period for the purchase will be charged interest at the contractual rate, currently 19.9%. A $6 monthly account fee applies.
