Insight Vacations ‘Premium Trip Package’ offer is valid for new bookings made between 26 August 2024 and 8 September 2024 on selected 2025 Europe & Britain trip departures only. Offer is limited to the first 100 customers. Prices are per person based on twin share, inclusive of return economy flights from Australia (SYD, MEL) to Europe and are subject to availability. The offer is based on airfares to and from the nearest European city to the tour start and end point. Other destinations may be available; however, surcharges will apply. Economy class airfares are valid for travel to Europe departing from Sydney & Melbourne for economy class travel for selected departures in April, May, and June 2025, subject to booking class availability and seasonality. A surcharge will apply to fly from Brisbane and/or if the packaged booking class is not available, and a higher booking class is required. Arrive early / stay behind surcharges may apply. The airlines selected are at the discretion of Insight Vacations (including Cathay Pacific, Emirates, Singapore Airlines) based on available booking classes at the time of booking and must be purchased in conjunction with one of the specified Insight Vacations departures. The airfare cannot be sold in isolation and is subject to availability. Insight Vacations reserves the right to correct errors or omissions and to change any and all fares; fees and surcharges at any time. A non-refundable deposit of $200 per person and full payment for fights (incl. any surcharges) is due within 5 days of booking or by 8 September 2024 (whichever comes first). Full payment for tour is due 120 days prior to departure. By paying your deposit and flights you accept the Terms and Conditions of the Insight Vacations ‘Premium Trip Package’ offer and air tickets will be issued. Our partner airlines reserve the right to advise an earlier airfare Ticketing Time Limit date; subject to booking conditions and restrictions. After ticket issuance; airline penalty fees apply as per airfare rules. A changes fee of $350 per person applies (plus any additional fare, tax and surcharges) subject to fare reassessment. A cancellations fee of $650 per person applies up to 72 hours prior departure (plus any non-refundable taxes). Cancellations within 72hours of departure, no-show and after departure are non-refundable. Offer applies to select ‘classic’ tour departures only, does not apply to return to London Eurostar options or small group departures. If guests change to another tour or date not included in the offer, they are responsible to pay the difference and adhere to different payment conditions. For tours starting or ending in London it is essential to allow at least one night in London before and after the tour, extra nights and charged transfers are available at an additional cost. If guests change to another tour or date not on sale, they are responsible to pay the difference and adhere to different payment conditions. Savings are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice. Insight Vacations airfare offer is valid for new bookings made between 6th September and 25th September 2024. Full air payment (incl. taxes) must be made 27Sep2024 by 2pm AEST. Singapore Airlines reserve the right to advise an earlier airfare Ticketing Time Limit date, subject to booking conditions and restrictions. All air bookings are to be created and owned by Insight Vacations. Fares are valid for departures from 13Jan2025 to 31Aug2025 inclusive, subject to booking class availability, seasonality and inside system date range. Blackout travel periods apply to selected outbound and inbound flights. Airfare savings vary based on destination and class of travel and all airfare quotes are inclusive of the applicable saving. Stopovers permitted as per routing and flight restrictions apply. After ticket issue, any changes to itinerary permitted at AUD405.00 per ticket provided the change does not contravene the fare conditions. Bookings may also incur additional fare, tax, and surcharges, subject to fare reassessment. Before Departure, the cancellation fee is up to AUD575.00 pp, subject to airline rules and conditions. No show penalties apply. After Departure, the airfare is non-refundable.

Savings are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice. Prices displayed are per person, based on double occupancy and are in Australian dollars for select departure dates only. Deals are not combinable with group discounts, Future Travel Credit carry forward discounts or any other promotional offers. Other conditions may apply.

General Conditions:
Discounts and savings only apply to the land portion of your holiday and are per person based on twin or double occupancy. They are not applicable to extra nights’ accommodation, optional extensions, airfares, taxes and fees, flight supplements, surcharges and airport transfers. Sometimes more than one discount can apply. Eastern Mediterranean and tours with overnight cruises may have additional restrictions.

Multi-Tour Discount:
Book two tours of seven days or more and save 2.5% on the lower priced tour. Take three tours and save on two. All tours must be booked at the same time and on the same booking number to qualify. Discounts are not combinable with Global Tour Rewards Discounts and do not apply to tours with trains, cruises, or cruise extensions.

Kids & Teens Savings:
Must be aged 5-17 at time of travel and accompanied by at least one adult sharing a twin/double room to receive a discount of up to 10% off the land portion of the tour. Kids & Teens must be under the age of 18 years on the date of departure (limit of one Kids & Teens Savings per room except for Americas where two apply). Not combinable with our Group Booking Benefits 9+.

Group Booking 9+:
Group benefits and applicable discounts apply to Scheduled Departure and Exclusive Departure groups only, booked at the same time and on the same booking number and save up to 5%. Group benefits and discounts do not apply to Custom Groups, flight segments, train holidays, cruises, extensions or any pre/post additions.

Group Booking 9+ are not available on all trips and/or departure dates and are not combinable with Limited Time Offers. Please refer to your group’s contract for further details. Other conditions may apply.

Solo Room Share:
Solo guests have the option to pay the twin/double share rate and be matched with someone of the same gender on many of our itineraries. Guests will be accommodated in non-smoking twin/double rooms.

Past guests of Luxury Gold, Insight Vacations, Trafalgar, Brendan Vacations, AAT Kings, Inspiring Journeys, Costsaver and Contiki receive a 5% Global Tour Reward (GTR) discount on any new tour booking with any of the aforementioned brands (Brendan Vacations is only sold in USA and Canada. AAT Kings and Inspiring Journeys are not sold in Asia and South Africa.) The GTR 5% discount is valid on the land portion of the tour and can be used for multiple trips taken within any given year. Discount is not combinable with multiple tour discount, must be applied at the time of booking and is not valid on all trips and/or departures, airfares, surcharges, taxes, extensions, optional experiences, extra night accommodations, is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice. Prices are per person, land only, based on double occupancy and are subject to change. The 5% GTR discount replaces all previous Past Guest/Frequent Traveller Discounts and is not in addition to. Other conditions may apply.  

Terms & Conditions: Minimum monthly repayments are required. Paying only the minimum monthly repayment amount will not pay out the purchase within the interest free period. Any balance outstanding at the expiry of the interest free period for the purchase will be charged interest at the contractual rate, currently 19.9%. A $6 monthly account fee applies.
