Deposit is required at time of booking to lock in savings. Full payment due 120 days prior to departure or at time of booking if booked within 120 days of departure; whichever comes first. Prices are in euros, are per person, land only, based on double occupancy and are subject to availability. If guests change to another tour or date not on sale, they are responsible to pay the difference and adhere to different payment conditions. Lowest Price Guarantee: LPG is available on new bookings made by 02 September 2025 for travel between 01 January 2026 and 31 December 2026. Deposit due at time of booking to lock in price; full payment is due within seven days of the initial booking to qualify for LPG. The LPG applies to all Insight Vacations worldwide land tours; does not apply to flights, insurance, pre/post-night accommodations, optional experiences or river cruises and is not applicable to Group or Last Minute Deals bookings. Prices advertised are per person, land only, based on double occupancy and are subject to availability; may change or be withdrawn at any time without notice. If the tour and departure date is advertised at a lower price on insightvacations.com after full payment has been received, guests are entitled to a refund of the price difference. Requests for price adjustments must be made via Insight Vacations’s Contact Center prior to the trip departure date. The LPG is non-transferable. Insight Vacations reserves the right to verify eligibility and validate the lower price. The LPG may be modified or withdrawn at any time without notice, except for on qualifying bookings already made. Last Minute Deals:
Save on select departures as featured on insightvacations.com as Last Minute Deals. New bookings only. Must pay in full at time of booking. Savings are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice. Prices displayed are per person, based on double occupancy and are in Euros for select departure dates only. Deals are not combinable with group discounts, Future Travel Credit carry forward discounts or any other promotional offers. Other conditions may apply.

General Conditions:
Discounts and savings only apply to the land portion of your holiday and are per person based on twin or double occupancy. They are not applicable to extra nights’ accommodation, optional extensions, airfares, taxes and fees, flight supplements, surcharges and airport transfers. Sometimes more than one discount can apply. Eastern Mediterranean and tours with overnight cruises may have additional restrictions.

Multi-Tour Discount:
Book two tours of seven days or more and save 2.5% on the lower priced tour. Take three tours and save on two. All tours must be booked at the same time and on the same booking number to qualify. Discounts are not combinable with Global Tour Rewards Discounts and do not apply to tours with a duration of 6-days or less, tours that fully operate as cruise and/or train tours (subject to change). Saving only applies to the land portion of the trip, which excludes extra night accommodations, internal air portion of a trip, optional extensions, airfares, taxes and fees, flight supplements, surcharges and Chargeable Airport Transfers.

Kids & Teens Savings:
Must be aged 5-17 at time of travel and accompanied by at least one adult sharing a twin/double room to receive a discount of up to 10% off the land portion of the tour. Kids & Teens must be under the age of 18 years on the date of departure (limit of one Kids & Teens Savings per room except for Americas where two apply). Not combinable with our Group Booking Benefits 9+.

Solo Room Share:
Solo guests have the option to pay the twin/double share rate and be matched with someone of the same gender on many of our itineraries. Guests will be accommodated in non-smoking twin/double rooms.

Group Booking 9+:
Group benefits and applicable discounts apply to Scheduled Departure and Exclusive Departure groups only, booked at the same time and on the same booking number and save up to 5%. Group benefits and discounts do not apply to Custom Groups, flight segments, train holidays, cruises, extensions or any pre/post additions.

Group Booking 9+ are not available on all trips and/or departure dates and are not combinable with Limited Time Offers. Please refer to your group’s contract for further details. Other conditions may apply.

^Past guests of Luxury Gold, Insight Vacations, Trafalgar, Brendan Vacations, Costsaver and Contiki receive a 5% Global Tour Reward (GTR) discount on any new booking with any of the aforementioned brands. The GTR 5% discount is valid on the land portion of the tour and river cruise itineraries, and can be used for multiple trips taken within any given year. Discount is not combinable with multiple trip discount, must be applied at the time of booking and is not valid on all trips and/or departures, airfares, surcharges, taxes, extensions, optional experiences, extra night accommodations, is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice. Prices are per person, based on double occupancy and are subject to change. The 5% GTR discount replaces all previous Past Guest/Frequent Traveler Discounts and is not in addition to. Other conditions may apply.
