Trip: I've already done this earlier in the survey.
Service: My wife and I booked the 16 day tour plus 3 extra nights in Toronto and 3 extra nights in New York. Regarding the bus tour of eastern Canada and eastern USA we were particularly impressed with our Tour Director Todd Guise and his bus driver Joe Marchi. Todd managed to ensure that the hotel arrangements for his 38 guests went really smoothly in each of the seven destinations which, in itself, was no mean feat. Also, the arrangements for dinners included in the tour were carried out flawlessly. At appropriate times 'en route' Todd was able to supply significant relevant information regarding the the history and importance of cultural issues such as the events leading up and including the War of Independence in the colony at that time. Todd and Joe ensured that all tour guests has access to cold drinking water and a plentiful supply of snacks in between destinations. Joe's driving skills meant that we all felt really safe during some of the longer trips and we believe that everyone was impressed with his skills within the various cities which we visited. We had the impression that everyone really enjoyed the tour and we're sure that everyone would have expressed their appreciation in the usual way. # Mike and Anne Campbell

Service: Tour director and driver excellent, and hotels and locations first class

Trip: A couple of days we had an included lunch and dinner on the same day would be better to space them out too much good in one day. Saw a lot and appreciated when we had two nights in same place. One of the dinner locations "Charthouse" restaurant in Boston had very bad service. Staff were rude and obviously did not care about us as customers. When I spoke to the manager he berated staff in front of customers - not surprising they were unhappy. Not a good experience. All other dinner and lunch locations were great and we were made feel very welcome. Would not recommend Charthouse for your future tours.
Service: Roger and Jason were great - took good care of us. Roger was very knowledgeable on history of various cities we visited and chose music and entertainment that enhanced the experience and kept us busy on long bus journeys.

Trip: Loved the itinerary - across Eastern Canada and USA was all fantastic to explore, although ideally we would have preferred more time in Ottawa and/or Washington DC by giving up a day in Toronto and/or Philadelphia. The Ottawa hotel was lovely but too far from the centre so no chance to explore independently. We managed to see and visit so much in the time available with our well informed tour guide and great coach driver and a great bunch of people on the tour with us - we all got along well. We would love to do it all over again!
Service: Great tour with an excellent tour director and coach driver. Easy to explore what tours were on offer and good to get an early bird discount and a returning customer discount. Unfortunately our preferred date wasn’t available even tho we booked 10 months ahead. Customer service staff were responsive and helpful answering queries about airport transfers and staying additional nights.

Trip: The places we visited were interesting and for the most part enjoyable. Rather than 2 nights in Toronto, one night in Niagara Falls and one night in Toronto would have been better. One night in Bar Harbor would have been sufficient, the cruise we took was too long and became boring after an hour. Our hotel room was on the ground floor and the view was the parking lot..........with what we paid for this trip all rooms should have premium view rooms.
Service: You employ good people who are attentive to the needs of your customers. Roger was always available and Jason drove within the speed limit and caused no drama.

Trip: See previous response.....we selected tour because the itinerary was what we were looking for.
Service: The entire experience was outstanding. The itinerary exceeded all our expectations. Our guide, Todd Geist did an excellent job of optimizing the experience. Our driver, Joe Marchi was the best.
