Trip: It was the our tour guide's input that highlighted the places of interest. I appreciated having some leisure time in the major centers. The side trips were outstanding! So glad we took advantage of them.
Service: I appreciated having an opportunity to see the "must-see" places (e.g. the Varican/Sisteine Chapel/Michelangelo's David..) but I really enjoyed the trips outside of the cities to get away from the crush of people. And, then, to see the big city by night was charming.

Trip: Interesting and varied but sometimes too much on one day
Service: The tour director looked after our needs extremely well; the itinerary was varied and include interesting experiences and the pick up to and from the airport worked very well although we were picked up at least an hour too early.

Trip: Not having to have your luggage outside your hotel room every morning is a great thing. The choices of extra day trips were great. Pompeii was really worth the cost and time.
Service: The tour was well planned and the tour guide was helpful. The welcome dinner was not great. It seemed the choice of restaurant had more to do with proximity than quality. The hotels were typical for Europe. We enjoyed the 3 day stays in each city. This tour hit all the main high points of these three cities.

Trip: Easy Pace refers to staying in the three main cities and a bit of a misnomer. We had several travelers who had difficulty keeping up as there was a great deal of walking, and a lot of it was on uneven streets and walking up inclines. Many of them seemed unprepared for that so it did take longer for the whole group to navigate some of the sites. Insight needs to inform travelers that Easy Pace does not mean easy to get around with wheelchairs and walkers. Having said that, the tour itself is wonderful. The chosen sites and optional excursions were fantastic. Lorenzo, our TD was fantastic. I would definitely recommend Easy Pace Italy as a great way to see Rome, Florence, Venice, and Tuscany.
Service: Our flight was cancelled but Insight didn’t contact us. It was only when I called to inquire about not receiving the travel documents that they realized the flights had to be rescheduled. Overall Insight customer service was very good. Regarding the tour itself, very good. There were many wonderful sight seeing stops and great optional tours. Our group had about 38 people and I would prefer a somewhat smaller group. I must say our Tour Director, Lorenzo, was Excellent! He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, organized and worked constantly to make sure we were all well taken care of. Grazie!
