Trip: All places included in the itinerary were awesome. Learned a lot of each country’s culture. Most of the hotels were great.
Service: I would recommend but perhaps with a different tour director. While he was very knowledgeable of all of the places we were taken a little genuine concern and compassion would have worked wonders. I fell on the bathroom the night before we left Seville. The morning we left I told Jorge and before he could maybe have asked, I told him I was fine. What I had expected was a follow up later in the night or the following morning. No follow up if I was okay or not. What if in fact I got concussed? I sent Jorge anyway an email (with pictures) to thank him for the tour and have yet to receive an acknowledgement. I take that again as lack of manners and genuine concern. Inspite of the above, I still would do another trip wit Insight. Thank you.

Trip: The Itinerary was just amazing and offered much more than I could ever have expected. The included meals were delightful and optional trips offered were definitely a must.
Service: Customer service was excellent. Everything was taken care of to the 'T' and I specially liked the extra 'Insight Flourishes' along the way. The cultural experiences were absolutely amazing, as were the optional extras. Jorges, and all our local guides along the way were extremely enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Our bus drivers were extremely reliable and handled all the traffic so well. The coach was comfortable and the extra leg room was appreciated.
