Complete your FastTrack Registration as soon as possible after making your booking. Understanding your needs and preferences helps us to better tailor your trip. It will take you less than 10 minutes to register and ultimately saves you time with no paperwork on holiday and streamlined arrangements. You’ll receive information, tips and exclusive savings to help you prepare for your holiday and we can also quickly locate you, or your nominated contact, in the unlikely event of an emergency.
You will need your booking reference number, passport details for everyone on your booking, travel insurance details and the emergency contact details of your nominated person. All your details are kept secure and we will not share your information with third parties.

Please note that if you register within 15 days of departure, we cannot guarantee the Tour Director will receive your information. Therefore, the sooner you register with us, the better. If you do register within 15 days of your departure, please complete the registration form, print it and bring it with you for your Tour Director.
